I think Tim felt great about his deal. I clearly didn't, and remain an unhappy customer. I told Tim if my employees treated people and provided service the way Stanley had done, I'd have given away my services free of charge and done anything necessary to correct the problem. .
UPDATE #2: Another upgrade. . .Tim just called back and said he felt bad about the way I'd been treated daily and wanted to honor the promotion cost for $135. It is truly kind of Tim to reconsider. I expect Stanley invests in training its staff on client service and being good citizens.
